AiroCollect provides accurate insight into the volumes, distances, heights, and surface areas essential for your project.
How does it work?
AiroCollect is a multilingual, cloud-based online application. This means you can access it from anywhere, as long as you have an internet connection.
There’s no installation required, and you don’t need a powerful computer to display the results. This saves you thousands of euros in investment.
You don’t need to configure anything; simply upload the relevant images captured by your drone, and we’ll take care of the rest. This saves you countless hours of data processing.
AiroCollect also stores all your data, meaning the system organizes and structures everything you do (no more loose paperwork), making it easy to collaborate and share with your colleagues.
The process is as simple as this:
Fly a drone over the area you want to scan (5-10 minutes).
Upload the photos to collect.airobot.eu. After processing, you’ll receive an email (approximately 30 minutes).
Go ahead and perform all the measurements/exports you need.
No need to go back if you forget a measurement!

Fly
Roof
Fly horizontally in a zigzag pattern over the roof and let the drone take photos. There’s no need to go up there! After the scan, use the drone to take some close-ups to add details of defects to the 3D measurable model in Airocollect.
Facade
Fly a vertical zigzag across the facade in just a few minutes and let the drone take photos. You can count the bricks in the wall and gain insight into the surface roughness. Understand where windows are placed and annotate defects. Ideal for calculating the amount of insulation, required plaster, scaffolding, and so on.
Terrain
Fly horizontally in a zigzag pattern over the terrain and let the drone take photos. Fly higher to cover large areas and gain a good understanding of elevation changes, tree placement, and soil volume. Ideal for calculating the area of grass and paving or the volume of shrubs to be removed. Export the model and design as needed.

Accuracy
Our software is highly flexible in terms of which drone you use and is also exceptionally accurate. The average scale accuracy is 99%. This has proven to be more than sufficient for quotes, work preparation, and invoicing.
If verified, true accuracy is required, you can scale to your own measurement or use a custom-defined reference plane. Using an RTK-corrected drone achieves the same result. With either of these measures, the data becomes even more useful for accurate design and land registry-based services.
Precision
Whether measuring volumes, areas, distances, or heights, Airocollect provides centimeter-precise measurements, allowing you to easily and accurately use geographic points.
Measurements can be taken in metric or imperial.
Classification
Classifications include a custom label and color to help with totaling the measurements taken.
- Roofers get an instant overview of the total surface area of, for example, roof tiles, scaffolding, or the total distance between ridges and gutters, and much more.
- Landscaping contractors get the total surface area of, for example, grass or paving, the total volume of soil to be moved, the volume of shrubs to be removed, or the total number of sprinklers to be installed, etc.
- Generally, you can use them to obtain periodic inventories of stockpiles or any other type of aggregated measurements.
A total of 30 custom classifications can be configured.

Upgrades; Downgrades; Annulering
- Actieve licenties zijn cumulatief in # scans, # gebruikte drones, # gebruikers, # gelijktijdige verwerking van datasets. (meer nodig = meer kopen)
- De laatst gekochte licentiedatum + 1 jaar bepaalt de definitieve einddatum.
- Het laatst gekochte licentietype bepaalt het licentieprogramma (upgrade of downgrade).
- Ongebruikte “Limited License”-scans worden bij licentieverlenging automatisch overgedragen naar het volgende jaar.
- Met een “Beperkte Licentie” wordt alleen de laatst aangeschafte licentie automatisch verlengd.
- Alleen met een “Onbeperkte Licentie” worden alle “Onbeperkte Licenties” automatisch verlengd.
- Annuleringen kunnen op elk moment plaatsvinden. De resterende periode wordt niet terugbetaald en de verlenging vindt niet plaats.
